How we handle your information
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This page covers the information you share with Night Shift through the "Request my call" form on this website. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
When you fill in the form, we save what you type in:
- Your name and your agency's name
- Type of agency and number of staff, if you share them
- Your email and phone number
- Anything you write in the message box
We also note which page and button you used, the time you sent it, and a scrambled code made from your internet address. We use that code only to stop spam and repeated submissions. It can't be turned back into your address.
Please don't send patient information
This form is only for setting up a call. Please don't include patient names, health details or other protected information in your message.
Why we collect it
To reach out to you about your request, set up your call, and follow up on the conversation. That's it.
We don't sell it
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't add you to marketing lists or share your details with other companies for their own use.
Who can see it
Only the Night Shift team. Your information is stored with the service providers that run this website and its database, and they handle it only so the site can work.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to talk with you about working together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How to ask us to delete it
Send us a note through the contact form using the same email you used before, and say you'd like your information deleted. We'll remove it and let you know when it's done.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
